MY WIFE WILL NOT DRIVE THE CAR BECAUSE SHE FEELS IT IS DANGEROUS TO TRANSPORT THE GRAND KIDS IN. I HAVE TAKEN IT BACK T THE DEALER MANY TIMES AND THEY TELL ME ITS WITHIN FACTORY STANDARDS AND THEY ALL SHIFT LIKE THAT. NOW THAT IS DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE. HOW CAN I GET IN CONTACT WITH A REAL CHRYSLER FACTORY TECH REP TO DRIVE THIS CAR AND EVALUATE ?
