I RECENTLY REPLACED MY COOPER TIRE CS5 GRAND TOURING TIRES. SIZE 225/55R17 TIRES AFTER A BLOWOUT ON THE FREEWAY. I JUST LEARNED THAT THESE TIRES WERE SUBJECT TO A RECALL. MY DEALER COULD NOT PROVIDE THE DOT SERIAL NUMBERS BECAUSE THE TIRES WERE REPLACED WITH NEW ONES. I CALLED COOPER TIRE CONSUMER RELATIONS AND WAS TOLD THEY C…

I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN PENALIZED BECAUSE I HAD A SAFETY PROBLEM WITH THE TIRES THAT CAUSED ME TO REPLACE THEM AND CAN THEREFORE NOT PROVIDE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION. I AM ASKING FOR YOUR HELP IN REMEDYING THE SITUATION
